Root Cause Practitioner 1 and 2 :
The registration fee for this training is $500 USD.
If you cancel at any time before the course starting date you are eligible for a refund minus the registration fee.
No refunds issued once class has begun.
Transferring to a new RCP 1 or RCP2 training:
If you can’t participate in the training you signed up for, and want to change to the next training available, please email us and we will apply your request, for a transfer fee of $100 USD

Root Cause Session:
Sessions are eligible for a 100% refund only if you cancelled within 24 hours of your booking. After 24 hours of your booking, you are only eligable for a 50% refund up until 3 days before your appointment.
If you cancel 3 days or less before your appointment, there is no eligibility for refund (0%). Please note that the reason for these terms and conditions is for fairness to other clients who often need help as soon as possible, and for fairness to Paul. We hope you understand this, as we are doing our best to manage any cancellations in our best efforts for what's fair for everyone.
