We take our time with each client - until the session has come to its natural end - allowing space for important healing processes. Sessions can go over time (no extra cost).

Even though the intention of this session is identifying the root cause, healing work is often possible to begin immediately. Our clients have experienced significant improvements of symptoms after only one session.

"Finding the root cause of my cancer was very important to me. I am a holistic nutritionist and I knew intuitively that my cancer came from much more than my diet and environment.

After speaking with Paul, I decided to work one-on-one with him. I wanted to understand what emotions and behaviours were causing me to create dis-ease in my body. I learned how important it was to have a dialogue with myself, to spend the time alone and discover more about myself.

I was in bad shape before I found Paul. Night terrors, PTSD off the charts. My nervous system was literally stuck in fight or flight mode. I was eating so much crap. Not caring, I was giving up as the stress was becoming to much for me to deal with until I started sessions with Paul. He opened my eyes, heart, and soul with his kindness, peaceful soul, incredible knowledge, and patience to literally help me to get up out of bed.

I was deteriorating quickly both physically and mentally. I've since lost 20 lbs of toxins and inflammation throughout my body. It was exactly what I needed to detox my body but more importantly my mind.

I have never felt so good and been so productive. I'm getting everything in my life cleaned up and organized. Until now I couldn't do it. I was stuck... Finally. I'm even able to let so much Go.

When the memories of trauma come back or I feel my digestive system start to go into panic mode I now have the knowledge from you to calm myself, focus, and heal those old wounds right in the moment.

I can even sleep again!!! I haven't slept in years! Again thank you Paul. I can't wait to share more of my progress with our in our next session soon. I am forever grateful for You! You helped me more then vou'll ever know. I'm so excited to live my second/new life!
